Pengaruh Reward Dan Punishman Terhadap Kedisiplinan Peserta Didik Di MTS Majmu'atul Ummah Bandar Seikijang Kecamatan Bandar Seikijang Kabupaten Pelalawan

The purpose in this research examined to know there was any influence of reward and punishment on students’ discipline at Islamic junior high school Majmuatul Ummah Bandar Seikijang. This research was correlational quantitative. The subject in this research was students at Islamic junior high school Majmuatul Ummah Bandar Seikijang, the object was influence of reward and punishment on students’ discipline at Islamic junior high school Majmuatul Ummah Bandar Seikijang, Bandar Seikijang Sub District Pelalawan RegencyPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh reward dan punishman terhadap kedisiplinan peserta didik di MTs Majmu’atul Ummah Bandar Seikijang. The population in this research involved 74 students. Data collection technique used questionnaire, interview and documentation. Based on data analysis, it was known that there was any influence of reward and punishment on students’ discipline at Islamic junior high school Majmuatul Ummah Bandar Seikijang Pelalawan regency. It could be seen from simple linear regression analysis result with significant score 0.000, and 0.000 smaller than 0.05 that meant hypothesis was accepted. This research finding was in 89.2% discipline was influenced by reward and punishment, meanwhile others 0.108% was influenced by other factors. The influence score 0.892 or 89.2% was classified into strong category because it was in range 0.80-1.00 that was stated in correlation coefficient interpretation, meanwhile the others 10.08% was influenced by others factors
