Studi Awal Pengujian Compatibility Kombinasi Surfaktan Nonion dan Amfoter Terhadap Air Formasi Lapangan X

Surfactant injections that fall into this chemical injection group can reduce oil / air interface (IFT) stresses, change wetting, and stabilize emulsions. Adding a small amount of surfactant to the air formation will significantly reduce the surface tension. The use of surfactant injection began to be developed as a combination of two types of surfaces with different ions, in this study a combination of nonionic and amphoteric surfactants was carried out. As a successful step for surfactant injection, compatibility testing is needed to avoid the presence of deposits from solutions that can reduce the performance of the injection process. The parameters to be carried out compatibility compatibility ratio difference of 1: 1, 1: 2, and 2: 1 with concentration (0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%, 2.5%, dan 3%). The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the compatibility of nonionic surfactant mixtures, amphoteric surfactants and solvents in air formations with a variety of mixing ratios and concentrations. This test is carried out on a laboratory scale using the Experimental Research method. Several stages of the research carried out are the preparation of raw materials, the process of making a formulation of a mixture of nonionic and amphoteric surfactants, then testing the compatibility of a surfactant mixture in an air formation. The test results obtained showed more and more comparisons and more nonionic surfactant comparisons compared to amphoteric surfactants, which proved to be compatible compatible. From the mixing ratio comparison, which is compatible with air formation at concentrations of 1: 1, and 1: 2. However, at a ratio of 2: 1 for all concentrations and ratio 1:1 of concentration 2.5% and 3% compatibility of surfactants is not compatible
