Oil production in RE field, as a mature one, is constantly declining regarding the production data hystory. Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) method especially surfactant injection is one of the solutions to increase oil production in RE field by reducing the remaining oil in reservoir. Screening criteria for surfactants before implemented in the reservoir is a must. In this research, there are two conducted screening criteria, they are Compatibility test whose objective to select a suitable surfactant compatible with the formation water, and Phase Behaviour Test (PBT).
