The thesis deals with the topic of personal well-being of employees and the working environment. It will introduce the concept of well-being and the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model, describe the issue of job demands and job resources and, in connection with, also analyze the theory of conservation of resources. It will also focus on burnout and stress, which is the basic theme of JD-R model. It will also present factors of the work environment and theories of job satisfaction. The end of the theoretical part will be concluded with a chapter on coaching and its use in the workplace. The practical part then focuses on the influence of coaching on the well-being of managers and will use the six-factor model of psychological well-being for e...
