Perceived team support as a source of work well-being

The bachelor thesis focuses on the relationship of team support on the perception of workload. The content of the literature review section is the job demands and resources theory within the framework of well-being. This chapter also highlights the negative consequences of work stress on mental health. The next section describes the teams and team processes that promote a positive environment. Furthermore, social relationships and support are described and introduced as one of the sources of well-being. The empirical part is based on the H-WORK research project. The role of support and help as a protective factor for mental health in work teams will be quantitatively investigated. The relationship was examined using regression analysis. According to the results of the analysis, collegial support represents a possible predictor of mental health. Obsahem literárně přehledové části je teorie pracovních zdrojů a nároků v rámci well-beingu. Tato kapitola též poukazuje na negativní důsledky pracovního stresu na duševní zdraví. V další části popisuje týmy a týmové procesy, které podporují příznivé prostředí a. Dále jsou zde popisovány sociální vztahy a opora, která je představena jakožto jeden ze zdrojů well-beingu. Empirická část vychází z výzkumného projektu H-WORK. V práci bude kvantitativně zkoumána role podpory a pomoci jako protektivního faktoru duševního zdraví v pracovních týmech. Vztah byl zkoumaný za pomoci regresní analýzy. Podle výsledků analýzy kolegiální podpora představuje možný prediktor mentálního zdraví.
