La sentenza della Corte costituzionale federale tedesca del 21 giugno 2016 sul programma di "Outright monetary transactions" della Banca Centrae Eurpea conferma un atteggiamento di recente assunto da questa Corte, nell'ambito della cd. procedura di controllo ultra vires, di minore cooperazione con la Corte di giustizia dell'Unione europea.
