The purpose of this research is to test and analyse the impact of @secret girl account content on the level of responsiveness on cyberbullying women. The use of increasing social media has influenced imaginary behavior. As an example of the often found bias can be seen from the user's freedom to comment, which leads to cyberbullying problems. In an effort to address this issue, the role of instagram social media that is assessed effectively in providing information or education has been performed by @secretgirl accounts. Some of the things that have been done are to provide information that there are those issues, to provide education in ethical behavior in using social media, to call for each other's protection and support. From that phenomenon there was a communication process, beginning with a @secret girl account that had given stimulus to her followers to the content of education, a stimulus that was accepted by the organism, namely followers @secret girl.
