This study aims to describe leadership style, work environment on employee performance, and to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment simultaneously on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Lidia and Dandy Balikpapan city. This research uses a quantitative approach and is an explanatory research. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample technique where all members of the population are sampled with a total of 35 employees.
