PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI PADA PT. LIDIA DAN DANDY DI KOTA BALIKPAPAN)

This study aims to describe leadership style, work environment on employee performance, and to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment simultaneously on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Lidia and Dandy Balikpapan city. This research uses a quantitative approach and is an explanatory research. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample technique where all members of the population are sampled with a total of 35 employees. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique in this research is Statistical Product And Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a significant but not significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously leadership and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance
