Analisis Efektifitas Waktu dan Efisiensi Biaya pada Pelaksnaan Pembangunan Masjid Al-Hikmah Universitas Negeri Malang Dengan Metode Fast-Track

The Al-Hikmah Mosque Development Project, State University of Malang was built on an area of ± 9,000 m2 with a building area of ± 8,580 m2 with a total of 3 floors. Based on the weekly progress report in the 15th week which should have been completed 19.565% but in fact the progress obtained has only reached 16.727%. This means that the project is delayed by ±5% of the target that has been set. Project delays can be anticipated by accelerating project execution time and analyzing the effect of time that can be shortened by adding minimum costs from additional working hours (overtime) for 4 hours and additional workforce. From the design budget for the mosque construction project at the State University of Malang, it is planned that the total project cost is Rp. 61.350,000,000.00 so by applying the Fast Track method by adding 4 hours of overtime, it can reduce 32 days of duration from a total of 188 days in accordance with the existing conditions in Indonesia. field, with a total duration of 156 days required additional costs for workers' wages, namely Rp. 213,077,190.00. Meanwhile, the Fast Track method by adding workers can reduce for 34 days from a total duration of 188 days in accordance with the existing conditions in the field, with a total duration of 154 days required additional costs for workers' wages, namely Rp. 176.756,817.00.
