Perencanaan Pondasi Rakit dan Pondasi Konstruksi Sarang Laba-laba Sebagai Alternatif Pemilihan Pondasi (Studi Kasus Asrama Mahasiswa Nusantara Surabaya)

Asrama Mahasiswa Nusantara (AMN) Surabaya is located in Surabaya, East Java with a building area of ±9972 m2 and a height of 5 floors. In the initial planning of the foundation for the AMN Surabaya project, deep foundations were used in the form of piles with a pile depth of 10 m. Based on the soil conditions at the planning location, the N-SPT value ranges from 4.93 to 7.32 bpf which is included in the soft soil classification (SE). Besides being able to be planned using deep foundations, the AMN Surabaya building can also be planned using shallow foundations. So planning the raft foundation and spider-web construction foundation (KSLL) can be an alternative for choosing the foundation for this AMN Surabaya. The analysis results obtained a total axial load of 64820.29 kN. The planned raft foundation design has a thickness of 0.7 m with a foundation area of 1299.20 m2. Meanwhile, the KSLL foundation design has a rib settlement width of 0.3 m and a height of 1.5 m and the construction rib has a width of 0.3 m and a height of 1.3 m with a plate thickness above the rib of 0.2 m. The decrease that occurs in the raft foundation is 0.294 m and the KSLL foundation is 0.188 m. The reinforcement used for the raft foundation on the x-direction supports using D25-100 reinforcement and in the field using D25-200 reinforcement. While the reinforcement in the y-direction of the raft foundation both at the pedestal and the field uses D25-200 reinforcement. KSLL foundation reinforcement is divided into 3 parts, slab reinforcement for x-direction using 12-100 reinforcement and x-direction field using Ø12-200, slab for y-direction for both support and field using 12-200. Meanwhile, the reinforcement for rib settlement and construction rib uses 5D19 main reinforcement with 10-550 stirrup reinforcement
