The construction of the Teluk Bayur Mini Olympic Stadium which is located in Kel. Teluk Bayur, Kec. Teluk Bayur, Kab. Berau, East Kalimantan is planned to support the activities of the Provincial Sports Week (PORPROV) in 2022. In the existing condition there is only the East Tribune, but because there is soil investigation data on the west side, the author tries to plan a sub structure on the West side Tribune using a continuous plate foundation. because from borlog data obtained N-SPT> 50 at a depth of 2 m. The west stand is 22m wide and 115m long which is divided into 3 segments. This plan uses the help of software engineering to get the biggest load working. The biggest load that works is 3192.26 kN on a grid of 11 segments 2. From the working load the foundation is planned with a width of 2m and a thickness of 0.8m, then the length of the foundation is divided into 2 masm, namely, P1 with 24m and P2 with 25m. After that, the smallest soil bearing capacity (qa) was obtained using the Mayerhof method with a value of 598.8 kN/m2 on type P1. The number of reinforcement in the P1 type foundation in the longitudinal direction is obtained as much as D25-150 for the upper reinforcement and D25-200 for the lower reinforcement, while in the support area it is obtained as much as D25-150 for the upper reinforcement and D25-100 for the lower reinforcement. In the transverse direction, the need for P1 type foundation reinforcement is D19-200 for the upper reinforcement and D19-100 for the lower reinforcement.
