Comprensión lectora: fundamentos teóricos y estrategias de acercamiento al texto

Reading comprehension is fundamental in the formation of each individual, as it allows them to access the information that surrounds them autonomously, efficiently and critically, especially in times when knowledge abounds in the different networks and the need for have the necessary tools to interpret it; in that sense, the school is the appropriate space to base it and, the teacher, the axis of said training; Consequently, this article is focused on presenting the results of the bibliographic review carried out around the main theoretical and conceptual foundations that must be taken into account in the teaching of reading comprehension by teachers at the different levels of schooling. ; This bibliographic review was done through the main scientific document search engines such as: Google academic, Redalyc, Academia, Scielo and Dialnet. As a selection criterion, those articles with the highest number of citations, authors with the greatest production in the field, and the treatment of the subject from the different dimensions of the human being were taken into account.La comprensión lectora es fundamental en la formación de cada individuo, en tanto le permite acceder de manera autónoma, eficiente y crítica a la información que lo rodea, máxime en tiempos donde el conocimiento abunda en las distintas redes y se hace más evidente la necesidad de tener las herramientas necesarias para interpretarlo; en ese sentido, la escuela es el espacio propicio para fundamentarla y, el docente el eje de dicha formación; en consecuencia, el presente artículo está enfocado en presentar los resultados de la revisión bibliográfica realizada en torno a los principales fundamentos teóricos y conceptuales que se deben tener en cuenta en la enseñanza de la comprensión lectora por parte de los maestros en los distintos niveles de escolaridad; dicha revisión bibliográfica se hizo a través de los principales buscadores de documentos científicos tales como: Google académico, Redalyc, Academia, Scielo y Dialnet. Como criterio de selección se tuvieron en cuenta aquellos artículos con mayor número de citaciones, autores con mayor producción en el campo, y el tratamiento de la temática desde las distintas dimensiones del ser humano
