The importance of the Indonesian telecommunications industry to the country's development cannot be overstated. They require qualified workers that are committed and loyal. This study studied the effect of e-HRM activities, including e-training, e-compensation, e-recruitment, and employee motivation, on the development of employee loyalty. The role of motivation as a mediator was also evaluated. The study's research design was cross-sectional.
