The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of E-HRM on employee satisfaction. The focus was on telecommunications companies operating in Jordan. Aspects of e-HR practice is (e-recruitment, e-training, e-performance evaluation, e-reward system). Data were collected primarily through self-assessment questionnaires created in Google Forms and distributed via email to a sample of targeted executives. AMOSv24 was used to test the research hypothesis. Survey results show that E-HRM has a positive impact on employee satisfaction. Based on the results obtained, the researchers recommend that managers and decision makers of telecommunications companies in Jordan invest in electronic personnel systems.
