Add to ORKGABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh spiritualitas kerja terhadapkinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh etika kerja Islami di RS Sultan AgungSemarang.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat di Rumah Sakit IslamSultan Agung (RSISA) Semarang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan metodepurposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji asumsi klasik, ujikoefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji hipotesis.Hasil pengujian variabel Spiritualitas Tempat Kerja secara statistik berpengaruhterhadap Etos Kerja Islami.
