Pengaruh Etika Kerja Islam dan Spiritualitas Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Perguruan Tinggi Swasta Terbesar di Jawa Tengah

The goal of this study is to see how the Islamic work ethic and spirituality affect the performance of employees at Central Java's largest private university.The population of this study is permanent employees at the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta, and it was conducted using quantitative research methods. A total of 76 permanent employees were employed in this study, which was gathered using a basic random sampling procedure.The data was collected using a questionnaire. The data in this study were analyzed using the following methods: instrument testing (validity and reliability), classical assumption testing (test for normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity), hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression, t test, f test, and determination test, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression, t test, f test, and determination test.
