ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the effect of motivation, employee engagement, and job satisfaction on nurse performance; Analyze the influence of motivation and employee engagement on nurse performance mediated job satisfaction. This research used a quantitative approach with survey methods. The type of research was explanatory research. The sample in this research was 65 nurses in IRNA 1 hospital dr Saiful Anwar Malang from a population of 183 nurses. Sampling techniques used simple random sampling and data analysis used Partial Least Squares (PLS).The results showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a coefficient of 0.356; Employee engagement had a positive and significant effect on job...
