Profesionales con discapacidad: Obstáculos, retos e inclusión en el entorno laboral y social

Objective: To analyze the labor development of professionals with disabilities and their obstacles, challenges and inclusion in the labor and social environment. Method: bibliographic type. Results: 15 articles related to the research topic were scrutinized. Conclusion: Many companies question the results they will have due to the hiring of people with disabilities, if people had the knowledge and attitudes to perform properly and thus can reach victory.Objetivo: Analizar el desarrollo laboral de los profesionales con discapacidad y sus obstáculos, retos e inclusión en el entorno laboral y social. Método: De tipo bibliográfica. Resultados: Se escrutaron 15 artículos relacionados al tema de investigación. Conclusión: Muchas empresas se cuestionan los resultados que tendrán debido a la contratación de las personas con discapacidad, si las personas tuvieran los saberes y actitudes para desenvolverse correctamente y así puedan llegar a la victoria
