La form-azione generativa: mediatore dello human development approach

The pandemic exploded in 2020 calls into question the welfare of our coun-try. An initial response to the emergency arrived on the health level and, subsequently, was translated into economic measures. Overcoming welfare assistance towards generative welfare allows us to look at welfare as an investment and not as a cost. The school is at the center of the pandemic wave and the teachers, unprepared, are facing the emergency with the tools in their possession. Face-to-face teaching became online teaching, and it raised many questions: the absence of the physical presence; school as space and time; accessibility to the network; the frontal teaching mediated by the screen of a device. A possible answer, which draws on Goal 4 of Agenda 2030, is given by the proposal of a generative teaching of solidarity that goes from teaching to being school.La pandemia esplosa a partire dal 2020 rimette in discussione il welfare del nostro Paese. Una prima risposta all'emergenza arriva sul piano sanitario e, successivamente, si traduce in misure di tipo economico. Il superamento dell'assistenzialismo verso un welfare di tipo generativo permette di guardare al welfare come investimento e non come costo. La scuola è al centro dell'ondata pandemica e la classe docente, impreparata, affronta l'emergenza con gli strumenti in possesso. La didattica in presenza diventa didattica a distanza ponendo numerose questioni: la non presenza fisica; la scuola come spazio e tempo; l'accessibilità alla rete; la lezione frontale mediata dallo schermo di un device. Una possibile risposta, che attinge al Goal 4 di Agenda 2030, è data dalla proposta della didattica generativa della solidarietà che proietta la didattica dal fare scuola a fare la scuola
