Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Tugas Pendamping Lokal Desa Dalam Pengelolaan Dana Desa Di Desa Pulau Palas Kecamatan Tembilahan Hulu Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir

This research was conducted in Pulau Palas Village, Tembilahan Hulu District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of the Implementation of the Village Local Assistance Task in the Management of Village Funds in Pulau Palas Village, Tembilahan Hulu District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. Based on the results of the study, the Planning indicators in the implementation of the tasks of village local counterparts in managing village funds are carried out because the success of these tasks continues despite the constraints in the activities and rules set for the community so that what is achieved in the program is not yet well targeted and appropriate. Furthermore, the implementation of the task of assisting local village assistants in managing village funds is quite well done and there are only a few obstacles in the wider development process and aiming at disadvantaged communities. Based on the results of the Recapitulation of Empowerment of respondents' responses on the evaluation of the implementation of the task of local village assistants in managing village funds for development in Pulau Palas Village, Tembilahan Hulu District, Indragiri Hilir Regency is categorized as implemented, seen from the empowerment indicators that have been effective and targeted to directly touch the community from the empowerment program
