Peranan Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga Dalam Memberdayakan Masyarakat Di Kelurahan Pekan Arba Kecamatan Tembilahan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir

This study aims to determine the Role of Empowering Family Welfare in Empowering Communities in Pekan Arba Village, Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency and to determine the obstacles experienced by Empowering Family Welfare in Empowering Communities in Pekan Arba Village, Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The indicators for assessing the Role of Family Welfare Empowerment in Empowering Communities in Pekan Arba Village, Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, which are used include community-based development, sustainability, community participation, development of community social capital and eliminating gender inequality. This type of research is located in Pekan Arba Village, Tembilahan Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency, then this research is a descriptive survey with quantitative methods, namely departing from data, field notes, observations, questionnaires, interviews and documentation as data collection tools. The population and sample of this study were two to one, the head of the village, the secretary, 3 staff members, the head of the PKK, and 15 PKK cadres. Types of data collection consist of primary data, secondary data, and the organizational structure of the Pekan Arba Urban Village government. While the technical data analysis is clarified with the results of observations, questionnaires, interviews, documentation, the data is processed and analyzed to explain the research objectives, then compared with the theories related to the title of the researcher to conclude that the Role of Empowering Family Welfare in Empowering Communities in Kelurahan Pekan Arba, Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, is in the Fairly Good category
