The bioethics committees support the social and governmental instances that are responsible for making decisions on issues related to the development of new technologies on life. These issues are characterized by their problematic and conflictive nature. The reflections and decisions that come from the bioethics committees can be analyzed in relation to the sources of law. This being the case, it must be admitted that the law has to open itself to another class of discourses, which touches the very heart of the science of law.
