This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of motivational aspects of working from home and the demands on the motivational competence of a manager in this form of working. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to capture the influence of home office on the work motivation of company X’s employees and identify appropriate motivational tools to motivate them. Data collection took place in the form of a survey among managers and their respective teams. The data were then processed using descriptive statistics and a one-sample t-test that compared the knowledge of employee’s needs importance with their manager's ability to reflect on their needs, with input data being the average values.
