This bachelor thesis is about motivation in terms of its use in the managing of people. This work is divided into two main parts, theoretical and personal research. The first part of this work is focused on the theoretical problems of motivation, its explanation from different views and definitions of all theoretical fields that are related to the process of managing people. In the second part, the problems of motivation are looked at from the practical viewpoint.
