The bachelor thesis is concerned with methods of motivation and stimulation of employees. The theoretical part is focused on the concepts of motivation and its most famous theories, stimulation and performance management, which is a one of the most important processes in the area of motivation and stimulation of employees. The practical part of this bachelor’s thesis is based on an analysis in the form of a questionnaire survey in a selected company. Respondents were asked questions generally on the motivation system in the company, but mainly on the work of the manager, as it is proved that the manager is one of the key motivators and demotivators of employees.
