Motivation and stimulation of employees - analysis of methods in a selected company

The bachelor thesis is concerned with methods of motivation and stimulation of employees. The theoretical part is focused on the concepts of motivation and its most famous theories, stimulation and performance management, which is a one of the most important processes in the area of motivation and stimulation of employees. The practical part of this bachelor’s thesis is based on an analysis in the form of a questionnaire survey in a selected company. Respondents were asked questions generally on the motivation system in the company, but mainly on the work of the manager, as it is proved that the manager is one of the key motivators and demotivators of employees. Based on the results of the analysis were suggested recommendations, whose appliance is able to improve methods of motivation and stimulation in a selected company and consequently satisfaction of employees.Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací a stimulací zaměstnanců v daném anonymním podniku. Teoretická část je zaměřena na pojmy motivace a její nejznámější teorie, stimulace a stimulační prostředky a na závěr řízení pracovního výkonu, který řadíme mezi klíčové procesy v oblasti motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců. Praktická část je založena na analýze formou dotazníkového šetření ve vybrané společnosti. Respondentům byly kladeny otázky obecně na motivační systém v podniku, ale hlavně na práci manažera, jelikož je prokázáno, že manažer je jedním z důležitých motivátorů a demotivátorů zaměstnanců. Na základě výsledků dotazníku byla vznesena doporučení, v jakých oblastech prostor k vylepšení metod motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců
