Adaptation of the tourism sector to the conditions of digitization

The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of adaptation of individual branches of tourism to the conditions of digitization. The aim is to identify which of these sectors is the most progressive. The sub-objectives are to identify in general the latest technologies used in the world with regard to their relevance in tourism, to describe the current state of use of technologies in the tourism sector and also to submit proposals for future improvements in this state. The work is divided into four main chapters. The first and second chapters deal with the prerequisites for the development of digitization in tourism and name some specific latest technologies. The third part describes the development of technology implementation in individual industries. The fourth part, based on a comparison, identifies the most innovative sectors of tourism and outlines the future potential of technologies in this sector.Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku adaptace jednotlivých odvětví cestovního ruchu na podmínky digitalizace. Cílem je identifikovat, které z těchto odvětví je nejprogresivnější. Dílčími cíli jsou identifikování obecně nejnovějších technologií využívající se ve světě s ohledem na jejich relevantnost v cestovním ruchu, popis aktuálního stavu využívání technologií v odvětvích cestovního ruchu a také podání návrhů pro budoucí zlepšení tohoto stavu. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních kapitol. První a druhá kapitola se zabývá předpoklady pro rozvoj digitalizace v cestovních ruchu a jmenuje některé konkrétní nejnovější technologie. Třetí část popisuje vývoj implementace technologií v jednotlivých odvětvích. Čtvrtá část na základě komparace identifikuje nejinovativnější odvětví cestovního ruchu a nastiňuje budoucí potenciál technologií v tomto sektoru
