Big Brothers Big Sisters of Butler County seeks to create one-on-one mentoring relationships between their volunteers and youth. Hailed as the oldest, largest, and most successful mentoring organization in the United States, Big Brothers Big Sisters can attribute most of their success to the personable relationships they maintain with everyone involved in the matchmaking process and data-driven philosophy.Despite their success, problems have persisted.
