This study aims to analyze the effect of employee training, compensation and organizational culture on performance. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of the Connectmacan 1 Health Center and the Connectmacan 2 Health Center in 2021. This study used the SPSS 26 data processing application with 96 respondents. The sample selection in this study used a non-probability sampling approach or a saturated sample. The data used is primary data through a questionnaire.
