The paper presents the changes that have occurred in the Labour code regulations concerning employment relations established under a nomination. The author assesses the importance of the Labour code in this matter, addresses the disputes concerning the legal nature of the employment relations established under a nomination and the act of nomination itself, especially in the context of art. 11 of the Labour code.
