The aim of the article is to introduce the importance of organizational trust in the functioning of the organization and to determine its effect on the length of employment of workers. It is assumed that the trust in the organization promotes employee satisfaction and their commitment to work. Satisfied employees are not interested in changing jobs and remain loyal to the employer. This thesis has been subjected to empirical verification.
