This article addresses the Lebanese Revolt that began on October 17, 2019. Firstly, it critically analyzes the characterization of the revolt; secondly, it inquires about the intersection between the revolt and the international system; and thirdly, it elaborates possible potential post-revolt scenarios through the prisoner’s dilemma. All that to characterize the political process, highlight the process’ dynamic, and the revolt’s international dimension. In other words, the article argues the Lebanese Revolt is an incomplete revolutionary process.
