The Agency's Strategy for Women's Empowerment is a step by the Office to prevent acts of violence against women, a strategy that can be taken to empower women's groups, namely through coaching, skills and women's education which aims to build women's lives in various development sectors in order to produce women's groups. competent and independent, on the other hand there is education for women so that they can give birth to quality and independent women. This paper aims to identify the strategies carried out by the office in handling victims of domestic violence as well as the inhibiting and supporting factors in the implementation of the socialization carried out by the DP3AKB Office of Bojonegoro Regency. The method used by the author is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are by means of interviews, observations, and documentation studies. From the results of this study indicate that a). There are adequate facilities in order to be able to support women to pursue education as much as possible. b). There is an increase in participation and enthusiasm for women to try to obtain and obtain education and teaching for themselves. c). The increasing number of women to be able to achieve a high level of education, so that in this way, women have greater opportunities to develop careers as well as men. d). There is an increase in the number of women in the legislative, executive and government institutions so that women are also independent. the creation of an egalitarian mindset and paradigm for everyone. Women must also be able to play an active role in several activities that are proportionate. If all of this has been realized, then women are interpreted as women who have truly been empowered
