PARTISIPASI PEREMPUAN DALAM PROGRAM SIMPAN PINJAM KELOMPOK PEREMPUAN (SPP) DI DESA KOHOLIMOMBONO KECAMATAN WABULA KABUPATEN BUTON PROVINSI SULAWESI TENGGARA

This study aims to describe the study of participation in the program at the Women's Savings and Loans Group Koholimombono village, by analyzing the level of women's participation in the stages of SPP activity, factors related to the level of women's participation in the SPP activities and strategies for increasing women's participation in the activities of the SPP Koholimombono village. This study uses two types of methods: qualitative and quantitative. The use of qualitative methods to complement quantitative data obtained through. Performed with qualitative methods and in-depth unstructured interviews and field observations. While quantitative methods conducted through interviews using a structured questionnaire as a research instrument that serves as the primary means of data collection. Data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. Respondents in this study were all female or female population of participants in the SPP which amounted to 41 people as well as actors / management activities of SPP. Data on the activities of the SPP, including an overview of the study site, as well as qualitative data obtained through in-depth interviews with participants and actors / SPP administrators presented in the form of descriptive analysis in order to identify the profile of women in the SPP activities and preparation of strategies for improving women's participation in the activities of the SPP. Data were collected through questionnaires were analyzed using Chi Square Crosstabs with SPSS application to examine the relationship between internal factors and external factors on the level of women's participation in every stage of SPP activity. The results showed that overall 80.5 percent of the participants in the SPP in Koholimombono village has a relatively moderate level of participation. Of the internal factors that influence the stages of women's participation include: age, education, income, dependents, old business and the loan amount. While the influence of external factors is an active role Kades, BPD, TPK, Maintenance Team, KPMD-P and active role overall. The planning of the program include: (1) additional capital improvement program assistance for women, (2) Increasing women's education and skills, (3) facilitation and strengthening the role of team coordination influential parties on the implementation of SPP through coaching and training and coordination meetings , (4) Empowerment and training for administrators / principals SPP activities, and (5) Program SPP delivery of information through mass media activities, both formal and informal
