Effects of physiotherapy on posture for children (age from 7 to 8) and posture correlation with visual aciuty and accommodation

Aim of the study: To determine the effect of physiotherapy on the posture and cross-sectional area of spinal multifidus muscle for the children aged 7 to 8, and the correlation between posture, visual acuity and accommodation. Problem: Long sitting time, misplaced carry or overweight backpacks negatively affects posture (Cuprys, 2015). Methods: W.W.K Hoeger visual posture assessment; scales; optotype chart; sciascopic ruler; ultrasound biometric system TITAN™. Research questions: The effect of KIN on the posture for children aged 7 to 8 and the cross-sectional area of the spinal multifidus muscle, and the correlation between posture, visual acuity and accommodation. Hypothesis: We believe that course of physiotherapy will improve posture of the children, area of the spinal multifidus cross-sectional muscle will increase and the asymmetry between the twin-muscle will decrease, visual acuity and accommodation will be improved. Objectives: 1. To evaluate the posture of the children aged 7 to 8 and the area of the spinal multifidus cross-section of the muscle at the beginning of the academic year. 2. To assess the effect of physiotherapy on the posture of children aged 7 to 8 years (the area of the spinal multifidus cross-section of the muscle and the relationship between posture and visual acuity and accommodation). 3. To evaluate and compare the changes in the posture, spinal multifidus cross-sectional area of the spinal cord, the accommodation and visual acuity of the children aged 7 to 8 years after 7 months, 11 months and 15 months of physiotherapy.
