Effect of physiotherapy on movement development of children of motor functions

The aim: to investigate the effect of physiotherapy on movement development of children of 4 – 6 years age of motor functions (muscle strength, muscle tone, range of motion, balance and gait). Problem: with the help of moves, children interact with the environment. When movement disorders are detected during the first months of life after the application of appropriate physiotherapy, it is possible to prevent the formation of pathological functions of the movement, and unwanted support - damage to the movement of the device, such as range of motion, joints deformities. Due to motor disorders, the child is given a physiotherapy. This is one of the most important treatment principles for children with movement disorders. Scientific sources state that the majority of children with motor disorders in their first year of life, the movement function subsequently developed normally, but most of the children examined experienced behavioral and learning problems (Engstrom, 2012). Methods: 1. Range of motion (goniometer). 2. Muscular strength assessment (Lovett test). 3. Assess muscle tone according to the modified Ashworth scale. 4. Balance. The Pediatric balance scale. 5. Functional evaluation of body movements Gross Motor Function Measure - GMFM. 6. The statistical analysis of data was performed using the Microsoft Excell 2010 program. Tasks: 1. To measure the effect of physiotherapy and stretching exercises during wearing corrective costume, for children of 4 - 6 years age on movement developmental of motor functions before and after physiotherapy. 2. To determine the effect of physiotherapy and stretching exercises without corrective costume, for children of 4 - 6 years age on movement developmental of motor functions before and after physiotherapy. 3. Compare the effect of physiotherapy and stretching exercises during wearing corrective costume and the effect of physiotherapy and stretching exercises without corrective costume, for children of 4 - 6 years age on movement developmental of motor functions before and after physiotherapy. Investigative questions: comparison on movement development, the effect of physiotherapy of motor functions, evaluation of effectiveness and results of motor functions. Results: The analysis of the results of the reasearch, showed that both methods had a positive effect on both groups, better results was using physiotherapy and stretching exercises during wearing corrective costume than by using physiotherapy and stretching exercises without corrective costume, improving motor functions. Hypothesis: it is believed that physiotherapy and stretching exercises during wearing corrective costume will have a better effect than physiotherapy and stretching exercises without corrective costume of motor functions. Conclusions: 1. An analysis of the results of the research group, showed a statistically significant effect of physiotherapy and stretching exercises during wearing corrective costume, for children of 4 - 6 years age on movement developmental of motor functions before and after physiotherapy. In the group, the data were statistically significant (p <0.05). 2. In assessing of the results of the control group, showed a statistically significant effect of physiotherapy and stretching exercises without corrective costume, for children of 4 - 6 years age on movement developmental of motor functions before and after physiotherapy. In the group, the data were statistically significant (p <0.05). 3.
