14-16 years sporting and non-sporting adolescent self-esteem and expression of aggression

The object – the peculiarities of adolescent self-esteem and expression of aggression. The subject of research - to identify 14-16 years of sporting and non-sporting adolescent self-esteem and expression of aggression. Objectives: 1. To identify the 14-16 year-olds adolescent self-esteem and aggression in expression of the sport aspect. 2. To highlight the 14-16 year-olds adolescent self-esteem and aggression in expression of gender. 3. Clarifying adolescent self-esteem and aggression in expression of the age aspect. Hypothesis - teenage athletes have higher levels of self-esteem and aggressive. Methods: literature analysis, questionnaire survey, the statistical analysis. The study participants. Interviewed 292 adolescents (140 adolescents from X Kaunas secondary schools, 152 teenagers from the Y Kaunas sports schools), 116 of them girls and 176 boys. The age of 14-16 years. Conclusions: 1. It was found that teenagers sporting more than non-sporting are not afraid of difficulties and obstacles to overcome to achieve its targets for their views as they are sufficiently strong compared with other peers, as well as easier to find common language with any persons (p 0,05). Sporting and non-sporting adolescents is characterized by low and average level of aggression (p> 0,05). 2. It is found that boys are more likely than girls are not afraid of difficulties and believes it can overcome all obstacles to their goals, they are also easier to find common language with any person (p0,05). 3. It was found that sixteen think they are not afraid of difficulties and can overcome all obstacles to achieving its goals, demand more of others (p 0,05)
