The adaptation of the tourism sector employees in the tourism organization

Problematical question: What should be the process of adaptation of new employees in the tourism organization? The object: New employees of the tourism organization during the process of adaptation. The aim: To analyze the adaptation process of new tourism sector employees in the tourism organization. Tasks: 1. To analyze the diversity of conceptions of adaptation, adaptation modes, forms and the system of employees adaptation. 2. To present the adaptation process of employees, its components, characteristics and the influence of ethics industrialization for the process of adaptation. 3. To enumerate the methods of employees’ adaptation and to find out the importance of adaptation for the enterprise and employee. 4. To make a research of employees’ adaptation process in Kaunas tourism organizations, to discuss the results and to submit the recommendations. The methodology of work: the scientific analysis of literature, statistical mathematical analysis, questionnaire. The most important inferences ands results: Adaptation – a process, which helps for the new employees to become a complete organization members as soon as possible. All the adaptation process consists of 4 stages: the evaluation of the beginner’s preparation level; practical introduction of the forthcoming position; active adaptation and the last stage – operation. After the discussion of the importance of adaptation for the employees and the enterprise, we can state, that the new employee will be complete only when he’s gonna be motivated to join the enterprise, and when the enterprise will pay enough attention for the new employee and will take care of his adaptation process. To sum up, we can state that the luck of adaptation depends not only the employee, but on social environment, in which the new employee starts to work as well. One of the most important things is the new employee’s, the employer’s and all the colleagues’ relationships, communication and respect to each other
