A IMPORTÂNCIA DA ORIENTAÇÃO DA EQUIPE MULTIDISCIPLINAR, SOBRE MANTER HÁBITOS DE VIDA SAUDÁVEIS

Physical activity is recognized as a protective factor for health, and its benefits are associated with the reduction of chronic diseases and the reduction of the risk of premature death from cardiovascular diseases. Although physical activity is an important resource for health promotion policies, the low level and physical inactivity are worrisome around the world.1 Its general objective was to analyze the causes that lead people to follow healthy habits and whether they are linked to team orientation1. Thus, 22 scientific articles on the orientation of healthy habits from the multidisciplinary team of health units were analyzed and 19 articles with the qualitative and quantitative approach were used. The data were obtained through an exhaustive reading of each article and in order to identify the characteristics and structures, the survey was performed using the descriptors "healthy eating" and "family health strategy" and "physical activity" and "orientation". In this article it was possible to identify the importance of the multidisciplinary team within the health units guiding these patients who are there, the good influence leads to a good part begin to have healthier life practices according to their needs and possibilities, however it is still necessary a lot of population reeducation in relation to healthy eating and regular exercise so that as an example the number of chronic diseases can decrease over time.A atividade física é reconhecida como fator de proteção para a saúde, sendo seus benefícios associados à redução de doenças crônicas e à diminuição do risco de morte prematura por doenças cardiovasculares. Embora a atividade física seja um importante recurso para políticas de promoção de saúde, o baixo nível e a inatividade física são preocupantes em todo o mundo1. Teve como objetivo geral analisar as causas que levam as pessoas a seguirem hábitos saudáveis e se estão ligados a orientação da equipe. Sendo assim foram analisados 22 artigos científicos sobre a orientação sobre hábitos saudáveis vinda da equipe multidisciplinar das unidades de saúde e utilizados 19 artigos com a abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa. Os dados foram obtidos através de leitura exaustiva de cada artigo e visando identificar as características e as estruturas, o levantamento foi realizado utilizando os descritores “alimentação saudável” and “estratégia de saúde da família” and “atividade física” and “orientação”. Nesse artigo foi possível identificar a importância da equipe multidisciplinar dentro das unidades de saúde orientando esses pacientes que ali estão, a boa influência leva com que boa parte comece a ter práticas de vida mais saudáveis de acordo com suas necessidades e possibilidades, contudo ainda é necessária muita reeducação populacional em relação a alimentação saudável e a prática regular de exercícios para que assim como exemplo o número de doenças crônicas possa diminuir com o passar do tempo
