Cancer consists of a chronic disease, characterized by the disordered growth of cells, which is the result of changes in the genetic code. through epidemiological studies, relevant associations can be made between some dietary patterns observed in different regions of the world and the prevalence of cancer. This is a literature review survey of the literature, with a qualitative approach and descriptive character.
