This study is about meaningful work of millennial employee’s in relation to organizational commitment in selected service-oriented companies in Metro Manila. An indepth interview was conducted to identify and understand the personal characteristics, work characteristics, meaningful work, and organizational commitment of millennial employees. Convenient sampling was used in selecting 30 service-oriented millennial employees. Most of the interviewees were in their early adulthood (early to late 20s) with at least three or more years of work experience in the business processing outsourcing, recruitment firms, broadcast media, and academe.
