The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Harmonious Work Passion and Meaningful Work on Turnover Intention among millennials labor workforce. Millennials are the biggest workforce and synonymous with higher turnover rates, which can impact the company’s performance negatively. This study used quantitative approach method with data collection method survey and a sample of 122 employees in the millennial category. This study used the regression analysis tool in SPSS 25 software. Findings surprisingly revealed that Harmonious Work Passion and Meaningful Work had an insignificant impact on Turnover Intention.
