A tape recorded interview of Ralph Iverson conducted by Ray Barello on September 9, 1976 at the First National Bank in Menomonie, Wisconsin. Iverson originally came to Stout in 1946 as an instructor in psychology and secondary education. He left in 1948 to earn his doctorate and was rehired at Stout in 1951 as instructor in guidance and Director of Student Personnel Services. He served in various administrative capacities until his retirement in 1973 as Assistant Chancellor for Student Services. Iverson was largely responsible for the development of Stout's guidance program academically and as a student service and began the annual Stout Guidance Conferences.
