The results of a national survey of credit courses on university teaching and learning for graduate students in Canadian universities are reported. Six universities offer these semester length credit courses. All of these courses are available to all graduate students, but limited resources severely restrict the numbers who can actually take the courses. Half of the credit courses are sponsored by faculties of graduate studies.
