ABSTRACTThe research aims to obtain empirical evidence of compensation capability in increasing employee engagement and organizational commitment, both directly and through intervening employee engagement. This type of research was quantitative research. The method of this research used SEM-PLS. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 80 Employees of Goods and Services Procurement Agency of Batu City. The empirical evidence obtained that Higher compensation is able to encourage increased Employee engagement and Organizational Commitment. In addition, Employee engagement was able to act as a strong mediator of the effect of Compensation on Organizational Commitment. This finding was supported by the descriptive statistics of...
