Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan jasa boga di Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan jasa boga bagian dapur pada 3 perusahaan yang terletak di Jakarta Timur berjumlah 100 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi satu prediktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh persepsi lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Persepsi lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebanyak 50,3% dan 49,7% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain...
