AbstractThe purpose of this study was to examine and analyze how much influence the Workload on Employee Performance through Compensation at PT. AdikaTirtaDaya Jakarta. The independent variable used in this study is workload, and the dependent variable used in this study is employee performance, while the intervening variable in this study is compensation. The population used in this study were all employees at PT. AdikaTirtaDaya Jakarta. The sampling method in this study uses a total sampling technique which determines the sample based on the total existing population, so that in this study a sample of 47 employees at PT.
