The purpose of the study was to determine how the influence of workload, work environment, job satisfaction on employee performance. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were 65 employees. The sampling technique used is probability sampling. Using primary and secondary data. The collection was done by using a questionnaire and interviews. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS ver. 20.0 includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, namely normality tests, dominant tests, hypothesis tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and multicollinearity tests.
