KOMUNIKASI PEMBANGUNAN PAKU BANGSA DALAM MENSEJAHTERAKAN MASYARAKAT MISKIN PINGGIR KALI CODE KOTA YOGYAKARTA

The booming economy has driven economic movements on the strong side. We cannot deny that we often encounter economic conditions that skyrocket causing social disparities in society to occur. Groups from the strong side will be increasingly located while the weak groups are increasingly helpless. Development communication is the main foundation in seeking prosperity in society, especially the urban poor in Yogyakarta who are in dire need of support. The Paku Bangsa Organization in bringing the poor out of poverty. Development communications carried out by the Paku Bangsa organization towards the urban poor living on the edge of Kali Code Yogyakarta. In this study, the authors used descriptive qualitative research with the determination of the subject using Snawball sampling and data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the reality of the community on the edge of the Code River has community potential such as mutual respect, empathy, humility and the community also has good communication potential such as being able to use mass media in entertainment and education and being able to communicate in groups in recitation and discussion forums. The purpose of Paku Bangsa is to convey the process of ideas in disseminating information to the public and government, changing education and skills for the better, increasing the standard of living through activities in the hope of opening minds and gaining insight. Change people's behavior to be more peaceful and peaceful. The communication process of national nails by means of interpersonal communication by chatting between one individual and another by exchanging information and group communication by making seminars, training, schools, recitations so that communication can run effectively. The results of the communication of the Nation's Paku development towards the Kali Code community are in the form of changing attitudes to be more productive, creating insight into thinking about developing issues, changing mutual cultural, social and economic behavior so that life is more prosperous
