PENGARUH EFEKTIVITAS KOMUNIKASI, KOMUNIKASI PEMBANGUNAN DAN KOMUNIKASI PARTISIPATIF TERHADAP PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT LOKAL KAMPUNG PELANGI SEMARANG SERTA PRODUKTIVITAS

Communication between neighbors and the government is very important to create harmony. In order to create quality communication, there are many factors that influence it, including the effectiveness of communication, development communication, participatory communication towards the empowerment of the Pelangi village community. Community empowerment itself can affect the productivity of the rainbow village. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the effectiveness of communication, development communication and participatory communication on the empowerment of local communities in Kampung Pelangi Semarang and productivity. This research method is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study was using SPSS type 24. The results of this study indicate that the effect of effective communication and communication development significantly influences the empowerment of the Pelangi village community. This shows that the effectiveness of communication and communication development together affect the empowerment of Pelangi village communities with Rsquare 57.2%. While participatory communication does not significantly influence community empowerment. As well as community empowerment significantly influence productivity with Rsquare of 33.5%
