This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, compensation and work environment on employee loyalty of the Syariah Suriyah Cilacap Rural Bank employees either partially or simultaneously. This research is a quantitative study with a population and the sample is all employees of the Syariah Suriyah Cilacap People's Credit Bank (saturated sampling) as many as 43 employees. Primary data were obtained through distributing questionnaires based on a Likert scale with 5 alternative answers with a total of 40 item questions processed using the SPSS version 25 program.
